Quality Engineer (R&D Department)

Miejsce pracy \ Location: Szczecin

Opis stanowiska \ Your responsibilities

  • managing all Quality aspects within assigned projects such as: compliance with applicable norms and Regulatory requirements, risk management, design verification, validation, design history file, design change control, CAPAs, design transfer
  • developing quality tools within the Insight Szczecin (Nemera R&D department)
  • supporting development, implementation and improvement of Insight Szczecin Quality System
  • supporting the project team for all quality aspects of the project
  • approving relevant project documentation as per New Product Innovation checklists
  • engaging in project risk management activities ensuring that tools such as Risk Management Plan and Report, FMEA are properly used (product and process de-risking)
  • following up and reporting project status regularly to Unit Quality manager
  • performing internal and external audits
  • pactively participating in Insight Szczecin Quality Management System maintenance and improvement
  • implementing quality tools into project team such as problem solving methods, FMEA, QbD
  • interfacing between all Insight locations (Szczecin, La Verpillière, Chicago)
  • handling all design control of products

Wymagania \ Our requirements

  • engineering degree
  • fluent in English
  • background in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • experience in a Quality department as Quality Engineer
